    These photographs, documents, videos, and audio files are provided for AHF project purposes only, and not for commercial use. Commercial use includes: the selling of content or materials, products, or services that use and incorporate the content, and promoting or advertising products or services.

  • Sole Ownership

    AHF owns the rights to the content of both the database and the drive. If you would like to reproduce them digitally or in print, you must contact the AHF Archives to request permission. In some instances, the materials may be owned by a third-party, in which case written consent from the third-party is required in order to reproduce any content.

  • No Alterations

    You may not alter or attempt to alter any of the materials on the Archives database or the database itself. The Archives reserves the right to revoke your right to use the materials at any time, and such use shall be discontinued immediately upon notice from the Archives.
